Outreach, Inc. designed to offer targeted support to AdventHealth employees. This program is dedicated to providing emergency relief and long-term support to healthcare workers experiencing or at risk of homelessness, aiming to prevent employment disruption caused by housing instability and connect you to vital resources. If you are currently employed by AdventHealth and are facing or are at immediate risk of homelessness, this confidential program is here to help. To determine eligibility and access services such as private shower and laundry facilities, case management, gas cards, and one-time rent assistance, you will need to complete a brief intake process. Appointments are flexible and can be conducted virtually or in person to suit your needs
