From August 2020 thru March 2022

From August 2020 through March 2022 SALT Outreach has been involved in helping to End Homelessness for 1,050 different people (368 moved to housing and 682 diverted to housing).

There is a direct correlation between frequency of visits with SALT Outreach and percentage of people who are moved into housing. The more frequently someone visits SALT Outreach the more likely they were moved into housing.
