Our Programs

Each of SALT Outreach's Centers were created to help meet immediate need, catalyze permanent housing solutions, and empower self-sufficiency.

 

We help meet immediate needs such as showers, laundry, food, hygiene products, clothing, haircuts, mail services, storage services, and charging stations. We help to cataylize permanent housing solutions and empower self-sufficiency through out case management, mental health counseling, and spiritual care teams.

As SALT continues to grow to spread out and increase our impact among the unhoused we need your support! You can help keep these programs going, and help us to expand our programs, by donating below!
