SALT Outreach expanded to Lake County in 2024. Currently, SALT Lake operates 2 to 3 times a week in Leesburg, Fruitland Park, and the Lady Lake area. To date, the SALT Lake team has provided over 1,200 showers and thousands of hygiene items & clean clothing.

From August 2020 thru January 2025
From August 2020 through January 2025, SALT Outreach has been involved in helping to End Homelessness for 1,750 different people through a coordinated community effort.
There is a direct correlation between frequency of visits with SALT Outreach and percentage of people who are moved into housing. The more frequently someone visits SALT Outreach the more likely they were moved into housing.
