With a Master's in Nonprofit Management and pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Affairs, she previously led curriculum development at Resilia, designing 200+ courses. Active in mentoring women-owned startups, voter outreach, and running marathons. She's a member of Women Minority Business Owners, Alliance of Women in Workers Comp, and Enzian.

Certified in change management and project management, Ebony actively contributes to her community through initiatives like voting drives and COVID campaigns. She serves on the boards of Blue Light Health and SALT Outreach, and enjoys travel, singing, and volunteering with her family.
