From August 2020 through September 2025, SALT Outreach has been involved in helping to End Homelessness for more than 2,041 different people.
There is a direct correlation between frequency of visits with SALT Outreach and percentage of people who are moved into housing. The more frequently someone visits SALT Outreach the more likely they were moved into housing.
